Office XP SBS - outlook install cleanup

Hi there - I,m going backwards from office2003pro to officexpsbs - mail
account problem from last nite corrected I think.
1. Outlook does not read email account at startup. When clicking
'send/receive' I get 'the operation failed'. Must use TOOLS then
send/receive then 'my mail'. OK after that. Only 1 profile exists. Can auto
read and send/receive be activated?
2. Clean up of the PST file. Current pst has archive folder, business
contact manager folder, and personal folders that cannot be opened or
expanded (business contact mgr folder requires IrisMS.dll - leftover from
office 2003?). Can these folders be hidden or deleted? Outlook Today folder
contains all old email.
