Office XP service 3 for access 2002 runtime

I have office 2003 standard student and teacher, when my laptop automatically
updates for this I had Office xp service pack 3 for access 2002 runtime
downloaded but is unable to intall cos it asks for disc with missing file. I
have tried reinstalling the software but still get the problem. can anyone
help??

Probably PROPLUS.MSI, at least that's what I'm getting. Ideas anyone?
