Office XP Service Pack 1 Failed

Office XP Service Pack 1 fails after accepting terms.
History:
* Had Office 2000 Pro and Publisher 2000
* Upgraded to Office XP
* Tried Office Update site, but it only recommend Office
2000 service pack 3
* Manualy downloaded Office XP Service Pack 1 and tried
running, it failed
* Rebooted
* Tried running and it Office XP Service Pack 1
