Office XP Service Pack 3 CD

I have Office 2000 on my PC and in checking for updates
get a message to download Office XP Service Pack 3.
Since I am using a 56K modem and the download would
require many hours I would like to obtain a CD with this
update. I already attempted to download and it failed
after many hours! It is very frustrating in that I
cannot find how to contact MIcrosoft for such an item. I
haven't found the magic way to contact them for this.
Can someone help?
