Office XP Service Pack 3 install problem

I downloaded Service Pack 3 using both the Windows Automatic Updates as well
as the Office Update web site and the Windows Automatic updates keeps asking
me to download it again. It has downloaded into my computer according to the
Office Update web site.

I am having a similar problem. Choosing Express or Advance install, it goes
through the process and says it was successful, then the shield appears again
in the tray and going through it all over again does not finish. I don't
know why this comes up. All my Office applications have been upgraded to
2003 versions. Checking in the Add/Remove does not show any installed Office
XP programs. If you get any answers, please let me know.
