Office XP service pack 3 - trouble downloading

My computer has Windows XP including Service Pack 2 Version 2002 and
Office XP. When running Security Check with PC-cillin it shows known
Microsoft Security vulnerabilities on my computer as follows:
MS04-027
MS04-028
Looking these up on Microsoft Office it says I need some updates / patches
starting with Office XP Service Pack 3 (English version).
I tried downloading using the office update instalation wizard and with
my Office XP CD in the CD drive but message was 'Instalation
unsuccessful'. Tried with the 2nd CD and received the same message.
I tried again with Office CD out of drive and got the message Use
source Microsoft Office XP Professional with FrontPage. I reinserted CD and
clicked on OK and again got message 'Instalation unsuccessful'
I then tried downloading the fullfile version and got the message
'Error 1328 Error applying patch to file C:|config.msi|PT237.tmp. It has
probally been updated by other means, and can no longer be modified by this
patch.'
Can you help - Tell me how to download these patches / updates that
Trend Micro PC-cillin Internet Security Check 2005 and Microsoft Office
Update says I need?
