Can I save this update and run from my computer instead of
downloading it as I have a five user network which will
take hours if I have to download it 5 times.

Are you using ms exchange 5.5 or greater?
If you are not, then you may not experience the problem of
ms outlook login credentials issues.
If you are, then you may experience problems with the ms
outlook login credentials.
