Office XP Service Pack 3

Dear all,

I am trying to deploy office xp service pack 3 to all of my user -
approximately more than 1000 users using SMS.

I have encounterred a problem from my testing deployment to my user.

Error Msg : "an error occurred while obtaining the setting.The update cannot
be applied".

Please advice.
