Office XP Shortcut Bar Icon Problem

I have Windows XP Pro with all updates except tablet pc update as I don't
have or use a tablet pc. I have Office XP with all service packs and updates
applied. I use the shortcut bar and have 4 toolbars of my own added to the
office shortcut bar. The problem I have is when I start Windows the shortcut
bar starts as it should (because that's the way I want it) but the icons for
one of the toolbars shows the wrong icons. If I right click the shortcut bar
and refresh the icons they correct themselves. I have tried deleting any
temp files associated with the shortcut bar but had no luck fixing the
problem. I know this is just a minor inconvenience but I would like to fix
it once and for all. Does any one know where the shortcut bar icons are
stored. I tried renaming the iconcachedb file with no luck. I tried going to
C:\documents and settings\user name\ application
data\microsoft\office\shortcut bar and deleting the tmp files there but no
luck fixing the problem. The icons that appear on rebooting are always the
same incorrect ones. If I look in the sub folders of C:\documents and
settings\user name\ application data\microsoft\office\shortcut bar I see
folders named correctly relating to the toolbars I created and the shotcuts
in the sub folders are correct and show the correct icons. Does any one know
where Office XP stores or caches the icons for the shortcut bar? Is there a
registry entry relating to the shortcut bar icons that I don't know about?
