Office XP shortcut bar loads twice

This problem is intermittent. When I turn my computer on in the morning and
logon I sometimes get two copies of the Office XP shortcut bar. This also
happens after I return from lunch and someone else has been logged on to my
computer. Does anyone have a solution to this problem. The only way I can fix
it is to reboot the computer which seems to solve the problem. Thanks for

I have tried that and it has not fixed the problem.
