Office XP Shortcut Bar

My office shortcut bar worked fine until I installed Win
2000 SP-4. Now it takes at least 10 seconds for any of
the applications to load when I click an icon. I already
have Office XP SP-2 and supposedly all the required
updates for my O/S and office suite.

Any idea what could have hosed the shortcut bar when Win
2000 SP-4 was loaded? How do I restore the shortcut bar?
