I have turned on the Office shortcut bar and said yes to
having it load every time I get into windows but when I
logoff and come back in it is not there. Why is it not
loading?

Are you in a network environment that locks your profile? (e.g. it is
reset to the default profile each time you log on)

If that's the case then you'd have to ask an administrator to add the
OSB shortcut to your Windows Startup folder.

As a side note to this topic, our computers have Win2kPro SP3 with Office
XP and everything worked fine.
However, once we upgraded to SP4 for Win2k the toolbar now launches the apps
extremely slow.
I believe we can close the toolbar and restart it and that helps but the
users won't want that as an answer.
Any thoughts or ideas would be much appreciated.
