Office XP Shortcut Bar

I had to install a new hard drive and now would like to
use the Office Shortcut Bar again but the file
Msoffice.exe could not be found . Why??? (Where, oh
where, has my little dog gone???) I reinstalled XP and
Office XP small business and searched: C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Office\Office\Shortcut Bar\Office. There
it should be, BUT... But what I find is: C: \Program
Files\Microsoft Office\Office 10\Shortcut Bar\Office. THE
END!! In this Office file I find only three shortcuts to
Excel, Publisher and Word. Nnoathing about the shortcut
bar. Any thoughts on how to get the little darlin to
shine again? Thanks, Michael Brauer

The OSB is an optional installation from the Office Tools section in the
Office setup program. Rerun setup and select it from there.
