office XP small business

Hi,
Do any of you know if I sould have problems with
installing office XP small business on a single notebook?
I have a licensed version and it would be a shame to waste
it and buy the regular version...
..

small business edition is licensed exclusively through the OEM licensing
program which means that it cannot be transferred to another computer then
it was bought to use it on.

Yes you would. The licence is tied to the system it was sold with - you
cannot transfer it to any other system.
