First, you need to stop mixing up the versions. Office XP SBE can be used
as a qualifying product for upgrade to any version of Office 2003, including
Professional. Office 2003 Professional Edition includes both Access and
PowerPoint.
There is no such beast as Office XP Professional, Version 2003 - they are
entirely separate versions of Office.
