Office XP SP-2. Breaks OWC10 Spreadsheet

When the IT group pushed out Office XP SP-2 to all the
clients, my spreadsheet components appear with the Export
to Excel button (and others) disabled. I reinstalled
owc10 11/21/2003 on the web server but this made no
difference. Any help is appreciated.

As so often happens on here, I am responding to my own
question. FYI, Completely removing Office XP from the
client, rebooting the client, reinstalling Office XP sp-2
fixed the problem. My speculation is that some hotfix or
patch or service pack that was applied to the machine was
causing a problem. Sorry I cannot be more specific.
