office XP, SP1 unable to update

I have installed Outlook seperate from the rest of office
from another cd with my PDA stuff on.

However now outlook is on SP2 and SP1 nor even SP2 would
install for the rest of my office XP programs?

Error 1328 applying patch to C:\config.msi\PTB1.tmp

Please advise.
