Hi David,
If it's asking for MS Publisher 2002 check to
see if there is a listing for it in Add/Remove Programs
in the Windows control panel.
If it's asking for Publisher 2000 it the installer
may have detected a problem that needs to be corrected
or you may be updating a file that is shared with that
version and one in Office XP. The MS Installer expects
to always have access to the installation point and media
used for products it installed.

..... but there isn't one because Publisher isn't included
in Office XP.
An old version of Publisher is installed however.
Any way that I get update to ignore publisher?
