Our office deployed this update to each of our systems,
since it was applied a lot of issues have been noticed
particularly with XP boxes.
So far Error reports I'm getting typically state
something similar to;
Appname: Winword.exe ModName: XXXX
ModVer: 5.1.2600.1106
WHERE;
XXXX = ntdll.dll, ole32.dll (when using Word in Outlook
as editor), clbcatq.dll.
The error reports were sent on most occasions.
System Info;
NT 5.1 build 2600
At a guess id say my problem is similar to some of the
other posts, just trying to offer more info to fix this.
I will now re-install office and waste more time rolling
back the SP2 changes as "Note After you install Office XP
SP-2, you cannot remove it. To return to an installation
before SP-2, you must remove all of Office XP, and then
install it again from the original CD." ref:
