A consultant tried to put Unified Messaging on my system
and found that I needed SP2 for Office XP. Since that
time I receive this message when opening Outlook: "The add-
in C
rogram Files\(unified messaging .DLL).. could not be
installed or loaded. This problem may be resolved by
using Detect & Repair on the Help Menu. Unable to
load ............. You may be out of memory, system
resources, or missing a DLL file.
I've tried to load Office XP SP2. The first time I click
on it, nothing seems to happen. The second I click on it
I receive the message "Office Hotfix Installer is already
running on your system. Please wait until it is finished
and then apply this update". I can remove the Hotfix
Installer through Task Manager, but the next time it's the
same thing.
I've tried the "Detect and Repair" option. I've tried
reinstalling Office XP. Everything seems fine.
I'm looking for suggestions on where to go from here.
