Office XP SP2

Does anyone know why the automatic update for Office XP
SP2 is something like 44GB but if you go to the detailed
information and download OxpSp2.exe it is only 15GB and
supposedly the same thing? With an NTL dial up account
it's not possible to perform the automatic download as
you get cut off after 2 hours and it's still downloading.
