Office XP SP3 full file update

I have a Dell Dimension that came with Office XP
preinstalled. Unfortunately the CDs were destroyed
during a recent relocation and I have not yet figured out
how to replace them. According to Microsoft's web site
you can still perform the SP3 update without the Office
CD by downloading the "full file" version of the update
exe (~ 60MB), which I did. However on double clicking
this large exe it extracts two patch files (which can't
be found later) and then asks for the wretched CD.

Any suggestions would be most welcome.

Contact the OEM who should be able to supply the disks.

Thank you and I appreciate that. However I was hoping to
be able to complete the update without having to wait to
obtain the disks. I guess the thrust of my original post
is why does the full file update apparently require the
CD when Microsoft explicitly says that it doesn't.

I have the same problem, the pro.msi doesn't exist on cd, only the proret.msi and the file won't work. Have you been able to find a solution?
