Office XP SP3 Hung on Install

I was updating Office XP to SP3 via the Office Updates site. After it
prompted for my media CD, it only got through about 15% of Downloading, then
hung. Said it had 4 minutes remaining, but never finished and made no more
progress. Now, when I run scan for updates, it thinks SP3 is already
installed. Tried downloading full version of SP3 then installing again, but
it won't allow - says already installed. How do I tell if I got the complete
install or not?

I searched for *.log files and found one in c:\program files\Officeupdate11
called ouhistv3.log. It contains following line:
V3_2|511974|INSTALL|MAINSP3FF_6626_ENG||2004-10-19 11:12:02|9|SUCCESS||
Does this mean that install was compete and succesful?
Word does say it is version SP3.
