Office XP SP3 issue

I am trying to install service pack 3 for Office XP and I am receiving the
following error:

Error creating Process: <C:\Documents and settings...\local
settings\Temp\IXP000.tmp\ohotfix.exe\>. Reason: Windows\system32\advpack.dll

I have applied this update to several machines but this particular PC is
having the problem.

HELP PLEASE
