Office XP SP3 (Missing ProRet.msi)

I tried to update a clients MS Office XP pro and was asked for the CD. I put in my CD of Office XP pro but it didn't work. I downloaded the Admin install of SP3 and the same thing happened. I had to cancel out of the update. Now when ever I reboot the computer the update asks for the CD. I need to do one of 2 things. 1) finish the update somehow or 2) find a way to stop it from asking for the CD upon reboot or startup

Please help
