Office XP SP3 MUI

I downloaded the file OfficeXpSp3Mui-kb832671-fullfile-enu.exe. I was hoping
this would enable me to add the ability to spell check in German. I cannot
get the file to install though. Do you need to buy the Office XP proofing
tools first in order to use this executible file? Or am I doing something
else wrong. I keep getting the error like "expected version of product not
found" or something like that. I am running Office XP on a Windows XP
machine.

The MUI SP basically requires the MS Office XP Enterprise Edition
with Language packs. As you mentioned, adding the Office 2002
edition of the proofing tools would add German spell checking
to Office XP.
