Office XP-SP3-PRORET.msi?

The Installation Tool looks for PRORET.MSI which it is
unable to locate. The installation tool eventually looks
to the CD drive where it requests that I insert the
Office XP installation disk. I do and it still can't
find PRORET.msi. What is this file and where do I find
it?
