Office XP SP3 update

I have Office XP Small Business. Should I use the update to SP3? I don't
know if it means anything or not, but I have Outlook 2002.
The detection tool will not work for my computer for some reason. I have
tried the various fixes suggested by microsoft experts and the help pages
with no joy.

Thanks

Hi, Lady,

SP3 applies to all flavors of Office XP, so you can apply it to Small
Business as well.

Outlook 2002 also comes with Office XP, so you should be all at the same
version. When patching, you may be prompted to insert your installation CD,
so make sure you have them handy (Outlook, Office, and any other Office
family programs that you have installed.

If you can't use the automatic update detection, then just download the
updates directly from the "Browse Downloads" section of Office Online:

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/officeupdate/default.aspx

Select and install the updates from there. If you have trouble with that,
post back with the error message you are receiving.
