Office XP SP3 Windows Installer keeps coming up

I have installed Office XP SP3 on Windows XP SP1 Clients. Whenever I launch Access XP the windows installer launches and thene the Application comes up. You can cancell out of the install and the app will just come up. I seems to be only doing it with Access. I never did this until the install of Office SP3. Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this
