Office XP sp3 Word - disable delete prompt

I recently reinstalled office XP and upgraded to SP3. Ever since then
whenever I want to delete a word or sentence, in a document, I get a prompt
asking me if i want to "delete the block no (yes)". This is annoying and I
cannot find how to disable this or turn it off. Any help with this would be
appreciated. Thank you.

In Word, click on Tools | Options | General tab | uncheck the two boxes
for WordPerfect help and navigation | OK.
