Office XP Speech error message

I'm running a PII - 333 computer at my church and it gives me this
error message when I load MS Office apps (all of them,
Word/Excel/Powerpoint):

"Speech recognition requires a 400 MHZ processor with 128 mb of memory"

I don't need speech recognition on this pc and I've uninstalled the
option, but it's still loading the message. Is there any way to
disable it?

Hi Bill,

Sometimes taking out the Speech and other Office alternative input features can be a bit of a bother. Sometimes restarting the PC
afer removing the features may help, and there are a couple of different troubleshooting approaches to try, but see if completing
all of the steps for removing the features here helps
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/326526/en-us?FR=1

Be sure you're uninstalling all of the 'Alternative Input' features section from Office XP.
