Hi, I just bought this and was horrified to find that I
could not activate it on the other (networked) PC in the
same room. I took a closer look at the license agreement,
a tiny part of which is cut and pasted here:
...'The primary user of the COMPUTER on which the
SOFTWARE is installed may make a second copy for his or
her exclusive use on a portable computer.
o Storage/Network Use. You may also store or install a
copy of the SOFTWARE on a storage device, such as a
network server, used only to RUN the SOFTWARE on your
other COMPUTERS over an internal network; however, you
must acquire and dedicate a license for each separate
COMPUTER on which the SOFTWARE is RUN from the storage
device. A license for the SOFTWARE may not be shared or
used concurrently on different COMPUTERS.
o Reservation of Rights. All rights not expressly
granted are reserved by Microsoft.
o Accessing Services Using the SOFTWARE. Your use of
any service accessible using the SOFTWARE is not covered
by this EULA and may be governed by separate terms of
use, conditions or notices'
I do not understnd this legal talk. Can someone please
help?
