yes but there might be a problem with Outlook remembering passwords....

Yes, but make sure it doesn't already have a more recent version (even a
trial version) of Office on it first. If it does you'll want to
uninstall the more recent version before installing XP.

Office XP S & T didn't have Outlook (at least my version didn't.)
