Office XP - student version - how many users?

I want to buy & install the student version of Office XP for our Dell
home computer (XP home edition)
Will all users on the computer have access to Word, Excel etc or do I
have to install it for one user and we all have to log on with the
same id?

As far as I know, the software is licensed to a machine at a time, so the
number of users is not relevant.

and ask to speak directly to a Microsoft licensing specialist. Worldwide
customers can use the Guide to Worldwide Microsoft Licensing Sites to find
contact information in their locations.

I've called them and have had good luck speaking with a real person for
free.
