Office XP Student Version ???

Need some help, not sure which newsgroup to ask in so this
is the lucky one! Question is, is there really a
differance between Office XP Pro, and Office XP Pro Student
Version ? As a student I can save significant money with
the student version, but not sure I want to invest in a
watered down version of Office XP if that is the case. So
if anyone REALLY knows please let me know before I make my
purchase.

As Far As I Know, the student version cannot be updated,
so if you wanted to upgrade to Office 2003 in the near future,
that might make a difference, or you could wait
for 2003, though as a student you probably need it immediately.
