office xp to another machine

I completely uninstalled office xp sbe from another comp
( they needed xp pro) so when i went to install it ( xp
sbe) on another users comp it wont let me becuse its
still "registered" to that other comp?

how do I install it new on a new comp ???
or is this not possible?
