Office XP Update won't install

I am running a LICENSED VERSION of Office XP and am trying to install the
Office XP SP2 update, I have my CD hancy, but The install program can't seem
to find the STD.MSI file anywhere. I am becoming incredibly frustrated. What
do I need to do to be able to make my PC secure?
