Office XP Update

After installing Office XP sp2....I cannot open any existing documents in
Word...I get an error that says "file cannot be found". Also, when I close
word I get a message asking me if I want to save changes to my "normal"
template. I unistall the update and have no problems.

Disable the Office Plugin that comes with Symantec/Norton AntiVirus. See
