Office XP Updates fail to install properly

J

John In Palmer

When attempting to download and install Office XP updates, I am running into
problems. The downloads seem to happen, but during installation, I receive
"Installation Unsuccessful" with a list of the updates that were not
installed. On the first 2 machines I tried to update, I received this message
for Office XP Service Pack 3 for Access 2002 Runtime only, but the last 2
machines I tried failed to install any of the updates. Is there a trick I'm
missing here? Thank you in advance.
