Office XP vs Office 98 public folder problem

I'm having a problem where my users who have Windows
XP/Office XP are unable to add multiple appointments at
once to a public folder. They will click "Save" and it
appears to save, but it won't appear on the calandar.

Windows 98/Office 98 Machines have no problem.

Any ideas? Anyone else seen this?
