Office XP won't install

I've got a new CD of Office XP small business , just
opened the package . Every time I try to install I get
the error 25003 ' installation source corrupted ' . I
then tried using other CD's just to see if they would
work and every one does the same thing . It's not the CD-
ROM , I've installed several programs with no problem ,
it's just Microsoft products that won't work . I'm
running a brand new computer that came with XP home pre-
installed . This is my first experience with XP , and I'm
not very impressed .

Hi Mike -

Most users that experience this error message are able to simply clean the
cd and then the install runs to completion.

Hey , it worked ! It looked really clean but I cleaned it
some more anyway , and it took a couple of tries but it
did finally install . Thanks for the help , you made my
