Office XP won't Transfer

My girlfriend recently bought herself a copy of Microsoft
Office XP Student and Teacher Edition. Because she needed
it for school but had no computer, she installed and
activated the software on my computer. She recently
bought herself a laptop for school and installed the
software on there. However, she couldn't use it because
it had been activated on my computer. I don't need to use
the programs, so I unistalled them assuming that once it
was off my computer it would work on hers. However, it
still won't work. What can I do so that she can use the
software on her computer and activate it on there as well?

When she starts a program and it asks to activate, have her use the
telephone method for activation.
