Office XP

I removed Office 2000 and installed Office XP. After the
required reboot I got an error message. "Outlook was not
shut down properly, please open in safe mode." It goes
into safe mode. When I close out of safe mode it asks if
I want to detect and repair. I am never allowed to get
into Outlook
