Office XP

I resently puchaced Office XP from an aution site. What I
got was a COPIED disc. The seller has indicated the disc
is the same as a retail boxed copy (full microsoft
support). I think I had been had. I wanted to know if
Microsoft allows Office XP PRO downloads for resale, and
is this truely the same as a retail boxed set.
