Office XP

I'm having trouble with Office XP, everytime I try
opening one of the programs, I get an error message and
the program closes. What should I do?

I have noticed one thing about this NG. There are users that do not have
very good bed side manners.

Instead of ranting at this person explain the proper way to post a
message/question.

I have very thick skin Cerridwen,

I do Tech Support for a local government. And yes, I do consider it a rant
cause is doesn't help anyone.
