How can I stop both Office XP and Windows XP from hiding some of the options
until you click on that arrow at the bottom of a list and then all the
options are there? I want to see all of the options all the time without
having to click on that stupid arrow. Windows does this to in my start up
list. Any ideas on how to changes these settings to make them permanent?
