I have Office XP running with Windows 2000 PRO.
I'm getting Windows XP PRO full version and I would like
to do a clean install, reformat the HDD etc.
My question is am I going to have any problems
reactivating Office XP PRO software?

I did the same thing. Whe activating Office
choose 'activate by phone' and call MS and explain to
them that Office is going onto the same machine because
the HD had to be replaced. They gave me a code to unlock
it over the phone.
