Office xp

When I try to open office xp files, I get;
Error 2908. An internal error has occurred
({AAC2F68E-D834-4620-ADB9-B84F5D5D55EA}). I can't Get to
these files which I need . Help!!

Hi Jerry,

Does this error occur in just Word or all Office apps? If the error
occurs only in Word then There first work through this troubleshooting
guide and see if anything turns up:
