OFFICE1.CAB Corrupt

Hello Everyone,
I am trying to Install office xp on windows 2000
proffesional platform from office xp cdrom.
After initial installation preparation I get the error
message that OFFICE1.CAB file is corrupt. I clicked the
retry button but the error keeps on poping up time and
again and forces me to exit the installation.
Any suggestions in this matter will be sincerely
appreciated.
