Office2000 Add Tools from CD

I have office2000 premium installed (have had since 2001). I tried to add
Tools (MSE) from the CD. Says it update OK, but TOOLS doesn't appear
anywhere. Any ideas?

Can you be more specific about what Tools you are trying to add to your
Office 2000 application?
